CertPayroll generates the WH-347 PDF exactly as the official form lays it out, with the Statement of Compliance built in. You download it and file with your GC or awarding agency through whatever system they require. Direct e-filing integrations aren't available yet.
No. Keep ADP, Gusto, QuickBooks, or Sage. CertPayroll runs alongside them. Add your workers once (CSV import supported), then each week enter the hours or roll forward last week's payroll. We apply the prevailing wage rules and produce the certified payroll. A QuickBooks integration is coming soon.
You set the wage determination for each project (base rates and fringes by classification) and CertPayroll applies it consistently across every payroll, so you stay in control of which determination and revision is in effect. Automatic determination tracking isn't available yet.
Federal WH-347 is supported today, and state prevailing wage payroll is in the works. If you need a specific state, like New York or California, reach out and tell us; state support is prioritized by demand.
